The changes I asked for took forever to get fixed, and the whole process felt unnecessarily frustrating. I kept feeling like I was dealing with some automated system instead of an actual person who could just understand the issue and sort it out.

The sizing was mostly right for my dog. I went by the chart and the sweater fit pretty much how I expected, just a little snug around the chest... but not enough to be a big issue. Overall I’m happy with it.

I ordered from winnieandcrew.com i’m happy with it. The prices seemed fair compared to a lot of other shops, and the quality was actually better than I expected for what I paid. Shipping did take a little longer than I was hoping... but it wasn’t a huge issue. I’d definitely consider buying again if I come across something I like!

So... it’s cute, but the fit was just weird on me. It felt uncomfortable and definitely runs small, so I’d probably size up if you’re considering it.

I returned the item and thought the refund would be simple, but it never showed up. You keep checking your account expecting it to be there, and nothing happens. Frustrating experience.

My order did eventually show up, so that part was okay, and nothing was missing. But the tracking barely updated the whole time, which was annoying because I kept checking it like it was going to magically change. It ended up arriving 3 days later than expected. Not the end of the world, I guess, I’ve definitely waited longer for packages, and my mail has been weird lately in general, but I do wish the delivery info had been more reliable

I reached out with a question and they did get back to me, though it took a little longer than I expected. Once they replied, they explained what I needed and got it sorted out, so overall it was good.

I was excited for this, but the embroidery just didn’t look that great in person. The stitching was kind of uneven, and there were a few loose threads right out of the package. It’s a cute idea, but for the price, I expected better quality. Not really worth it...

I was really excited to get this because I thought it would be such a sweet personal keepsake of my dog. When it arrived, though, I felt a little let down. The colors were close, but the face shape and eyes just didn’t remind me of my pup much, it looked more like a random dog with similar coloring.
The product itself is still cute, and the quality seems fine overall, but for the price I was hoping it would feel more custom and personal. I sent clear photos, so I expected the likeness to be better. It’s not terrible, just not what I was hoping for.

Maybe my expectations were higher than what they could deliver, and maybe other people have had better luck, but for me it just didn’t feel worth it. I wouldn’t be in a hurry to use them again.

I really like how these clothes look, and they’re still wearable, but after a few washes they seem like they’ve faded a little and maybe shrunk a bit. I always wash on cold, so I’m not sure if it’s the fabric or just my set, but I expected them to hold up a little better. They’re not bad at all, just not as great as I hoped.

I picked up a couple of these as gifts, i had a good feeling about them when I ordered. They turned out really cute in person, and my friend ended up loving hers. I do wish there were a few more wrapping options to choose from, but overall it felt like a solid little gift find.

My custom name and the colors turned out right, so I was happy about that. The size was just a little off, but i still like it overall.

I’ve been using it for a few months now, and so far it still looks good. I’m not totally sure how it’ll do long-term, but at this point I’d say it’s holding up better than I expected
